We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of Cloudzilla.ai among the developer community.

Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns targeting developers as the primary user audience. This role requires hands-on experience in building and managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging analytics to refine strategies, and achieving measurable growth in user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy focused on driving awareness and adoption of our cloud application platform.
  • Build and manage demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to search, social, email, content marketing, and developer forums.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Engineering) to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Create, test, and optimize messaging and creative assets tailored to the developer audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, report on KPIs, and leverage insights to continuously optimize efforts.
  • Identify and engage with developer communities, forums, and influencers to promote the platform and build brand advocacy.
  • Manage budget allocation and track ROI for all user acquisition initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in developer-focused marketing and cloud application platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in user acquisition, demand generation, or growth marketing roles targeting developers or technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem, including knowledge of developer tools, communities, and forums.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage a technical audience effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud application platforms to a technical audience.
  • Familiarity with developer tools such as GitHub, Docker, etc.
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.

Salary Range & Benefits

The Salary Range for this position is $95,000 – $125,000, and includes any related performance-based bonuses. The range for the posting reflects the minimum and maximum range of salaries for the position offered across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, competencies, relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for equity.
