Gary Schofield serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to Webscale, Gary was SVP and Division Executive at FIS, a $15B Global Financial Services Technology provider. Most recently, he led a $2B Division within Merchant Solutions and was responsible for the entire SMB payments, acquiring and processing businesses.<\/p>\n

With over 25 years\u2019 experience as a public company executive and successful entrepreneur, Gary has led five of his six private companies to successful exits, resulting in over $1.5B in returns to his shareholders. He’s also held senior and executive level positions at Intuit, Oracle and IBM. Gary\u2019s proven track record in building, developing and leading hyper growth companies and high-performance teams, is taking Webscale to the next level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jay founded Webscale in 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. An IBM Master Inventor, Jay has over 20 patents for which he has won numerous awards. He has also co-authored over 30 peer reviewed articles in the area of parallel and distributed computing systems.<\/p>\n

Jay left IBM to focus on High Performance Computing at DigitalGlobe, where he pioneered the application of GPGPU processing within the company.<\/p>\n

Jay received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Colorado State University in 2008.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lou Cofini serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Prior to Webscale Lou worked for FIS\/Worldpay, as VP of Sales and Business Development for North America, selling integrated payments and embedded finance solutions to software, ecommerce and fintech companies.<\/p>\n

Lou brings over 30 years\u2019 of experience that includes being an integral part of successful companies at various stages of development, including high growth, three successful IPOs, and attaining market leadership working for Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Taleo, Portal Software, and CSG Systems.<\/p>\n

He prides himself on being a relentless learner, developer of people and driver of results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Todd Lasher serves as the COO of the company. Prior to Webscale, he was the SVP of corporate development, special projects and sales solutions for Worldpay (an FIS company). Todd has worked at both public and private enterprises in senior leadership roles including startups like Money Network, Shopkeep, American Payments Systems as well as with industry leaders such as Fiserv, FIS and General Electric.<\/p>\n

Todd brings over 25 years of experience in corporate value creation in the fintech industry via roles in executive management, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, special projects, product development, operations and sales to Webscale. As a strategic leader at multiple startups, all having positive exits, and sitting on multiple strategic advisory boards his unique talent set and diverse background are well aligned to taking Webscale into the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Peter Logan serves as the Vice President of Finance. He brings over 20 years of P&L management, commercial process excellence, and financial analysis & modeling. His remit will include margin growth, cash flow management, venture & debt financing, and governance & compliance.<\/p>\n

For over 16 years, Peter was associated with GE \u2013 starting his career as part of their Financial Management Program (FMP) and Corporate Audit Staff, he rose to become the Finance Manager for the Propulsion and Specialty Services segment of GE Transportation. Later, Peter moved to GE Healthcare, where he spent the next eight years as CFO of Life Care Solutions, a global ~$2B medical device & software business.<\/p>\n

Upon leaving GE, Peter served as VP of Finance for FIS\/Worldpay, supporting their Integrated Payments and North American Merchant Services businesses. Before joining Webscale, Peter was most recently the VP of Finance for Sovrn Holdings, a Series C-funded advertising technology start-up in Boulder, CO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mike created his first software product thirty years ago. Since then has assumed a variety of leadership roles at IBM, Ricoh and Fintech across software engineering, product development, professional services, and corporate IT. He is passionate about creating simple software that always works, and leading agile teams to do the same.<\/p>\n

Mike received his BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Nebraska and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Sean is responsible for Webscale\u2019s global DevSecOps Support & SRE teams driving customer success. His remit will also include establishing protocol ensuring Webscale One platform’s availability, security, and performance through industry best practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to Webscale, Sean held a variety of leadership positions at Google for over 8 years, where he was responsible for a wide range of engineering and operations functions. He also held leadership positions at iPass, SEVEN Networks, and Sharpcast.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gary Schofield serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to Webscale, Gary was SVP and Division Executive at FIS, a $15B Global Financial Services Technology provider. Most recently, he led a $2B Division within Merchant Solutions and was responsible for the entire SMB payments, acquiring and processing businesses.
\nWith over 25 years\u2019 experience as a public company executive and successful entrepreneur, Gary has led five of his six private companies to successful exits, resulting in over $1.5B in returns to his shareholders. He’s also held senior and executive level positions at Intuit, Oracle and IBM. Jay founded Webscale in 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. An IBM Master Inventor, Jay has over 20 patents for which he has won numerous awards. He has also co-authored over 30 peer reviewed articles in the area of parallel and distributed computing systems.
\nJay left IBM to focus on High Performance Computing at DigitalGlobe, where he pioneered the application of GPGPU processing within the company.

\nFor over 16 years, Peter was associated with GE \u2013 starting his career as part of their Financial Management Program (FMP) and Corporate Audit Staff, he rose to become the Finance Manager for the Propulsion and Specialty Services segment of GE Transportation. Later, Peter moved to GE Healthcare, where he spent the next eight years as CFO of Life Care Solutions, a global ~$2B medical device & software business.
\nUpon leaving GE, Peter served as VP of Finance for FIS\/Worldpay, supporting their Integrated Payments and North American Merchant Services businesses.
